BEDROOM BREAD

Part of a series of work exploring cultural identity through the cycle of bread-making. I made a starter and and sourdough bread in my bedroom to explore bread as an imprint of something personal; a portrait. Cooked in a tagine.

The 3-month residency ended with a show where I sharing freshly baked bread and a silent performance where I kneaded the next day’s bread.
